You will want to dig through Yodesla's VoDs ('new patch' going forward might be a good place to start?) And look for games where you see phantoms happening, then rewind to start. Here is a recent thread discussing builds, and below that are streams (you might need to dig/scan through for Arbiter games, though these players might be avoiding going Phantoms at times because they are ridiculous):
